PROJECTS

Detailed below are some of our previous projects carried out by VITA Mechanical & Electrical over the years....

Persimmon Homes - Stone Cross mansion was built in 1874 and was derelict for many years until persimmon Homes were appointed to carry out the extensive refurbishment of the Grade 2 listed building. From this we were appointed to carry out the full M&E design and installation converting the building from its previous state to 19 luxury apartments including an electrical BEMCO installation, Full mechanical plantroom, external lighting, external feeds to water fountain, driveway lighting and full M&E installation to apartments and communal areas throughout the building.

Crown Construction - We have recently undertaken the installation of The Yacht Club Riverside which is a brand new waterfront development, combining sophistication and style with the stunning surroundings of the River Trent to bring the idyllic modern home to this hugely popular area of Nottingham. Consisting of 81 beautifully designed apartments, this exclusive development offers a peaceful respite from the hustle and bustle of the city yet remains a door step away from the key amenities and attractions of Nottingham.

Cruden Construction - Trepassey Residential Care home built originally in 1958 was refurbished internally to update the care home and a multi-million pound investment was added to add 33 additional rooms, a Jardine Suite for dementia residents, lifts, ramps and bigger respite areas. VITA carried out the full M&E design, installation and commissioning to hand over this fantastic care home.

GB Building Solutions - Pikefold Primary School is a purpose built community primary school located in Blackley, Manchester. The school was erected over three floors consisting of 15 classrooms, large hall, Astro turf pitch/playground, reception area and easy access walkway from a neighboring estate. VITA completed the design for the project and carried out all mechanical and electrical works throughout the building.

GMI Construction - This project is the start of PEEL Holdings revamp of the Wirral Waters water ways within Liverpool consisting of a 3 storey office block. We carried out the project direct with GMI Construction to complete the design and installation of the mechanical & electrical installation. Mechanically the building was fed via roof mounted AHU and AC Condensers which filtered down the risers at each end of the building supplying each floor. Electrically we supplied each floor with power and lighting, future use data cabs and BMS controls for the fresh air ventilation system.

WH Snow - The Corn exchange was occupied and let by Mason Partners until Stay City Hotels took over the building in 2017 and appointed WH Snow to carry out the refurbishment to the 8 storey building converting it to 203 aparthotel bedrooms with kitchenettes. VITA was appointed to carry out the full M&E design and installation of the building including the fire alarm, CCTV, door access, disabled toilet and intruder alarm systems.
